Dilly Dilly Philly ran an outstanding race to win the 1 Mile open Allowance on November 16th at Penn National. She tracked the leader in second and then took a commanding lead to hold off heavy favorite and stakes winner Ledecka to win by 2 3/4 lengths. This is now her third win of her three-year old campaign.
